No exchanges/returns will be processed during this time, hence we have extended our returns/exchange period to 30 days from receipt of purchase. Any returns received during this time will be processed during 8th-12th January 2018.

I WANT TO RETURN A GARMENT.
NOTE: During December - January periods, we extend it to 30 days from receipt of purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Saints garment you may return or exchange within 21 days of receiving your order.
We will gladly issue an exchange or refund the garment if it is unworn with original tags attached & in a resaleable condition.
Garments with any marks (including makeup) will not be accepted.
Returns/exchanges are accepted at our Retail Store in Clifton Hill, Melbourne (see retail shop address below). Exchanges are accepted if we have the size in stock. It is advised to call ahead of time so we can organise the new garment from our warehouse. Please note that refunds cannot be processed on the spot and are subject to the below time frame.
Simply return it to us along with your completed returns sent with your order within 21 days of receiving your garment(s).
Unfortunately, we can not exchange one garment for a new style altogether due to our inventory system. In this case, you would have to complete a new order altogether.

CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?
Every precaution is taken to ensure our garments are delivered to you intact and of the best quality. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we certainly offer an exchange or full refund.
Please call our friendly customer service team within 21 days so they can provide you with the correct returns address.
Next business day delivery is available for Australian online orders within the Express Post network, however, the order must be placed before 10.00am Monday – Thursday to qualify. Please select the EXPRESS option at checkout.
Note: REGULAR postage will be dispatched within 48 hours of ordering Monday - Thursday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be sent Monday.
Parcels are delivered Monday to Friday and a signature is required upon delivery. Please note that if your order is placed on Friday after 10.00am, it will be dispatched on Monday regardless if it is EXPRESS or REGULAR postage.
We strive to give you as much information on each garment as possible, including garment descriptions, material information and an array photographs with different angles & close-ups.
