HOW DO I RETURN A GARMENT?
If you are not completely satisfied with your full priced Saints The Label garment you can return or exchange it within 21 days of receiving your order.
Please contact us at email@example.com for a 'Returns Request' form and we will be in touch with further information on how to process your return.
Please note that in order for an item to be eligible for return it must be unworn, unmarked (including make up) and the original tags must still be attached. There are no exceptions. Exchange for a different size is subject to availability.
CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?
If the item you purchased was on sale, or you used a voucher to pay for part/all of it, it cannot be returned in exchange for a refund. Sale items are only eligible for a store credit in the form of a Saints The Label gift card to the value of the amount paid (excluding shipping fees).
I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
Every precaution is taken to ensure our garments are delivered to you intact and of the best quality. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we will refund you in full.
Please call us within 7 days of receiving your purchase so that we can attend to this with a matter of urgency.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
You can make a purchase on this website with either MasterCard, Visa & Visa Debit. We accept also PayPal & Afterpay.
DOES SAINTS THE LABEL DELIVER OVERSEAS?
We offer delivery to most international destinations. Shipping rates vary depending on the destination of the parcel and the postage charges are displayed when you place your order on the website. You will be able to see all the rates available in the checkout process before you confirm and commit to your order.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED BY EXPRESS?
Next business day delivery is available for Australian online orders within the Express Post network, however, the order must be placed before 10.00am Monday – Thursday to qualify.
Please note that if your order is placed on Friday after 10.00am, it will be dispatched on Monday regardless if it is EXPRESS or REGULAR postage.
All orders are subject to availability. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you complete your order. In the unlikely event that your order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you directly to discuss available options, including a full refund.
