I WANT TO RETURN A GARMENT.

If you are not completely satisfied with your full price Saints garment you may return or exchange within 21 days of receiving your order.
For Sale Items - please read below.

We will gladly issue an exchange or refund of the full price garment if it is unworn with original tags attached & in a resaleable condition.

Garments with any marks (including makeup) will not be accepted.
Returns/exchanges are accepted at our Retail Store in Clifton Hill, Melbourne (see retail shop address below). Exchanges are accepted if we have the size in stock. It is advised to call ahead of time so we can organise the new garment from our warehouse. Please note that refunds cannot be processed on the spot and are subject to the below time frame.
Simply return it to us along with your completed returns sent with your order within 21 days of receiving your garment(s).  

Unfortunately, we can not exchange one garment for a new style altogether due to our inventory system. In this case, you would have to complete a new order altogether.

CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?
Sale items, unfortunately, cannot be refunded as stated in Terms & Conditions you agreed to when placing your order.

Every precaution is taken to ensure our garments are delivered to you intact and of the best quality. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we certainly offer an exchange or full refund.

Please call our friendly customer service team within 21 days so they can provide you with the correct returns address.

 
 
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
You can make a purchase on this website with either MasterCard, Visa & Visa Debit. We accept also PayPal & Afterpay.
 
 
DOES SAINTS DELIVER OVERSEAS?
We offer delivery to most international destinations. Shipping rates vary depending on the destination of the parcel and the postage charges are displayed when you place your order on the website, you can see all the rates available in the checkout process before you confirm and commit to your order.
 
 
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED BY EXPRESS?

Next business day delivery is available for Australian online orders within the Express Post network, however, the order must be placed before 10.00am Monday – Thursday to qualify. Please select the EXPRESS option at checkout.

Note: REGULAR postage will be dispatched within 48 hours of ordering Monday - Thursday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be sent Monday.

Parcels are delivered Monday to Friday and a signature is required upon delivery. Please note that if your order is placed on Friday after 10.00am, it will be dispatched on Monday regardless if it is EXPRESS or REGULAR postage.

 
 
STOCK AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to availability. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you reach the Confirmation on the Check Out page.
In the unlikely event that your order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you directly to discuss options available including a full refund.
