Garment(s) must be returned strictly within 14 days of the purchase date. Exchanges/refunds will not be accepted if the garment(s) have been worn, damages or have marks (including makeup), or if the original tags have been removed. Where possible the garment can be exchanged for a different size (or replacement garment if deemed faulty) if in stock for Australian orders only. An online credit will be issued for any “Sale” items that cannot be exchanged. “Sale” items are not eligible for a refund due to “change of mind” and will receive store credit only. (“Sale” items are any items that have a markdown of the RRP as stated online and on the barcoded tag attached to the garment).
International orders of “Sale” items cannot be exchanged. An online credit of the purchase price (minus shipping) will be given to the customer and will be valid for 12 months to be used.
Simply post the items back to us & enclose your supplied returns form within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return.
Returns can take up to 3 working days to be delivered to our warehouse & up to an additional 7 working days for your bank account to process the refund.
Once we have processed your return, we will notify you via the email address provided with your original online order on the status of your return.
We do not provide return shipping labels. Return shipping remains at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a tracking service to ensure your return does not get lost in the mail and there is proof of return.
SAINTS will not be held liable if the return parcel is not received. Any return customs charges will remain at the customer’s expense. If customs fees are left unpaid your return parcel will sent back to you.
