Returns & Exchanges
At Saints the Label we value your satisfaction, so if you are not completely happy with your full priced Saints The Label garment you can return or exchange it within 21 days of receiving your order. Returns are free for all Australian orders.
Please contact us at email@example.com for a 'Returns Authorisation Request' form and we will be in touch with further information on how to process your return.
Please note that in order for an item to be eligible for return it must be unworn, unmarked (including make up) and the original tags must still be attached. There are no exceptions. Exchange for a different size is subject to availability.
BLACK FRIDAY / CYBER MONDAY SALES: There are strictly no returns accepted for items purchased during the Black Friday / Cyber Monday Sale period which extends from 27th November to 8th December 2019.
Sale items are not eligible for a refund due to “change of mind” and will receive store credit only (minus shipping fees). “Sale” items are any items that have a markdown of the RRP as stated online and on the barcoded tag attached to the garment. All store credits are valid for 12 months from the authorisation date and are issued to the value of the amount paid at time of purchase (excluding all shipping fees).
Once we have processed your return, you shall be notified by email from Saints the Label.
We take pride in our quality crafted garments and apologise should you experience and inconvenience caused by a faulty garment. Please contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org who will assess the products condition and provide a suitable solution. Please ensure that you include imagery of the garment's affected areas, alongside a proof of purchase, so we can attend to your case in a timely manner.
Orders can be cancelled, prior to shipment. If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Once an item has been despatched, we are unable to do anything until the item has been returned. We are not liable for any shipping fees.
We do not provide return shipping labels. Return shipping remains at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a tracking service to ensure your return does not get lost in the mail and there is proof of return.
Saints the Label will not be held liable if the return parcel is not received. Any return customs charges will remain at the customer’s expense. If customs fees are left unpaid your return parcel will sent back to you.
Returns can take up to 3 business days to be delivered to our warehouse and up to an additional 7 business days for your bank account to process the refund.
